about me...

I was born and raised in Chicago, and have only stepped out for short periods of time. I started acting when I was 10 years old when I found myself playing Harold Hill in a production of The Music Man. From then on I started taking classes and performing in musicals at Edge of The Wood Theater, a community theater on the northwest side. It was there that I fell in love with acting, and had the pleasure of performing in more than twenty shows. I got my first professional opportunity my senior year of high school, in The Yard’s production of Columbinus, part of Steppenwolf’s LookOut series. It was around this time I decided to continue my theatrical studies at The Theatre School at DePaul University. Suddenly I was fully immersed in an exploration of physical art. Four years of conservatory training from some of Chicago’s best allowed me to grow, not just as an artist, but as a person. Today, I look forward to learning even more from the world ahead of me. I am grateful for the experiences and mistakes that have brought me to where I am now.
